- Units = inches, degrees
- Coordinate System = As defined in MMDN3404 section 2.1.1
- N = Total number of measurements taken
- X, Y, Z, Alpha, Beta, Gamma = Nominal coordinates taken from MMDN3404 which are based on the MOSFIRE CAD model
- Alpha = the angle between the X axis and the surface normal
- Beta = the angle between the Y axis and the surface normal
- Gamma = the angle between the Z axis and the surface normal
- d(coordinate) = (Nominal Value) - (Measured Value)

- Coordinate System = As defined in MMDN3404 section 2.2.1
- N = Total number of measurements taken
- Orientation = The orientation of the optical axis wrt to gravity
- X = the relative distance between the scopes reticle and the cross-hair target in the X coordinate
- Y = the relative distance between the scopes reticle and the cross-hair target in the Y coordinate
- Z = the relative distance between the scopes reticle and the cross-hair target in the Z coordinate
