Opened for 2 hours. Mostly cloudy, seeing ~2.0" in V. Proceeded with NGS-AO backup program due to poor weather. Laser power 5.2-4.8 W. palm_lgs_log_070921.pdf

9/22/07 UT
Never opened due to clouds and high humidity. Laser power 5.2W. No log taken.
