Night logs and results
4/3/07 UT
Thick to patchy high clouds and excellent seeing (~0.75" in V). Boresighted LLT and checked image quality (<1.2" FWHM stars, ~1.6" FWHM LGS). Much debugging of laser and BTO. Major problems with the AO telemetry system. Laser 4-5W. Debugged acquisition procedures and achieved K Strehl=24% on a bright LGS target despite clouds.

Patchy to thick high clouds and excellent seeing (0.50-0.75" in V). Failed AO electronics in Cass cage discovered and fixed. Investigated TAO/telemetry software problems but no fix yet found. Optimized LGS-AO performance on bright tip-tilt stars. Laser 4-5 W. Achieved K Strehl ~38%.

Thick high clouds all night. Opened briefly for NGS-AO. Laser 6.3 W. Some in-dome engineering performed.
