August 23-25, 2007 LGS observing run
Night logs and results
*8/24/07 UT*
Photometric. Completed BTO setup for 1 hr. Measured LLT imaging performance (1.9" stars with RG610 filter; 2.4" LGS projection), return vs. polarization. Laser return fluctuating around ~15kDN/s, performance poor. Laser 8.0-7.3 W. Seeing 0.6" in V.

Scattered thin clouds all night. System optimization until 2320, then 2 science targets observed through clouds. Completed LOWFS vignetting measurement. Laser return stable at ~18kDN/s; power 8.1-7.4 W. Seeing 0.7" in V.

Scattered thick clouds all night. Attempted to observe through holes in the clouds, mostly unsuccessfully (1 target observed for 30 min). Laser return stable at ~15kDN/s; power 8.5-7.8 W. Seeing 0.7-0.9" in V.
