Charlie and Peter installed Driver Board (SN 02) onto the module.
Re-connected all flex print cables from Cobras to the driver board
Installed into the same connectors they were before (we skipped the same sets so as to not screw up MSIM)
Fixing Electrical Issues on Test Bed
Corrections made:
Grounded Negative side (-) of Cobra power supply output to AC ground
Grounded test fixture to AC ground
Added ground wire from Master Electronics to Driver Board as a stand alone cable (the ground pins of the Comm connector were not included in the cable)
Checking out motor motion
Housekeeping and Set Frequency work fine
Cal does not appear to be working, but data is provided back somehow
Running all Cobras through range of motion:
SN 152 - Stage 2 does not engage the hard stop and does not move reliably. This Cobra should no longer be counted on for data.
SN 149 - Stage 2 does not engage hard stop. This Cobra should not be counted on for data.
SN 109 - Stage 2 does not move. It looks like it is contacting the Stage 2 housing, which might cause too much drag.
SN 121 Stage 1 moves very slowly.
SN 101 Stage 2 does not move. Potentially an issue with the electrical connection.
ALL SET B COBRAS HAVE BEEN SET BY HAND TO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE SET A RANGE OF MOTION
