Goals:

  • Agree on draft success criteria for Internal Review of Build to Cost concept
  • Identify draft core science and observatory requirements (the core requirements that provides sufficient science return to be worth the dollars)
  • Identify the base NGAO system, including science instruments, to address the core science requirements
  • Agree on the tasks and schedule leading up to the internal Build to Cost concept review.
