Looking at Colliding Target Runs using TargetConvergenceNearestDistance

• Data Set is 16_09_09_15_14_50_TargetRun
• On Target 2 (3) positioners 5 and 7 collide at target location with an overlap of 70micron.
• On the same target, Pos. 17 and 19 get as close as 1.7mm (Dog Bone!).
• Target 7 positioner 5 iteration 1 (2) gets pushed in and leads to wrong geometry interpretation.
