Set C Focus Testing

• Generated targets for set C using '071714_setC_merged.xml'
  • Copied Theta targets to: D:\PfsTests\Targets and deleted target files that were already there (Set B phi targets)
• Made mSim scripts for theta and phi testing
  • pid7 was not included (non-functional...broken flex print bond)
• Re-cabled set C
  • when de-mating S/N 109 (set B pid2) the phi flex print was severely bent adjacent to the connector termination end. Need to verify later if broken.
• Loaded 070914_set3_allmaps_adj4.xml into mSim after the first target using 071714_setC_merged.xml did not work very well.
• Re-started the theta focus script.
