Performance Stability Analysis

  • Moved slope files from data runs on 6/30 into the dropbox folder (Dropbox\PFS_EM\TEST_RESULTS\TargetConvergence\PerformanceStability\map updates between tests)
  • Ran slopeAnalysis.m and saved figures for both map updates and no map updates data sets.

Tilt Testing

  • Kept Set D for tilt testing, but moved all non-moving Cobras to their center positions by hand. Made best attempt to orient the theta angle so that it would not cause flex interference with neighbors that are moving.
  • EM S/N 149 has a de-bonded shaft coupler
  • Suspected that S/N 142 is also de-bonded at the shaft coupler. When Charlie came in around 7:45am it was hanging low, so he moved it back up to not interfere. Initial thought (mis-remembered) was that it was the original de-bonded coupler, but that is not the case.

  • Realized that mSim has it hard coded that first iteration of a target convergence is in the hard stop (it shouldn't be that way). Need to change tilt script so that Cobra's go home between targets (not ideal). Need to have Hrand explain how code is working now and fix it.
    • 08_05_14_13_40_31_thetaTilt has example of this (pid9)
  • Made a new mSim script (2014_08_04_ThetaTilt_no5_7.lst) for theta tilt that does not command pId5 or pId7 due to broken shaft couplers.
    • Had to abort script because mSim has a bug where it will not print data for pid 6-9 (pid 5 and 7 removed). Reverted back to original tilt script that runs all 9 Cobras, but reduced total iterations to 10 so that it doesn't take too long.
    • 08_05_14_15_08_01_thetaTilt is the folder that has the evidence.
