New agreement on where to put the reduced files.

Raw files:

/scr2/sedm/raw/

Reduced files:

/scr2/sedmdrp/redux/20XXYYZZ/ |_______spec |______ifu....*fits |_______phot |______rc...*fits

So that the raw images would be going into 2 different folder structures: spec and phot. Inside of each directory, the files will be reduced per separate.

Richard will talk with Patrick to ask what is the backup plan for the pharos directory.
