Relative positions of surfaces

Summary of measurements:

surface Z [mm] Sigma [mm] Delta [mm]
Dewar 0.000 0.038
Window Front -1.667 0.032 1.667
Window Back -14.358 0.027 12.691
Detector -24.292 0.025 9.934

Z is displacement relative to a plane fit to the dewar surface. Window back and Detector have been corrected for refraction. Sigma is the standard deviation of the mean. Delta is the difference between a surface and the previous surface. -- DavidHale - 27 May 2008
