SEMPforSDR < Keck/NGAO

This collection is for producing the Systems Engineering Management Plan to be presented at the System Design Review. 

*WBS 4.1.1 Work Breakdown Structure & Task Definitions:*
   * Product Structure from Proposal: [[%ATTACHURL%/NGAO_Product_Structure_v2.vsd][Visio]] (6/19/06).  The Product Structure starts at a [[%ATTACHURL%/NGAO_prod_structure.jpg][high level]] and works itself progressively to [[%ATTACHURL%/AO_system_product_structure.jpg][more]] and [[%ATTACHURL%/Opto-mech_prod_structure.jpg][more]] and [[%ATTACHURL%/Product_Structure_optical_relay.jpg][more]] detail.
   * The above document includes a [[%ATTACHURL%/NGAO_WBS_Chart.jpg][draft WBS chart]] that was used in the NGAO Proposal. 
   * Revised [[%ATTACHURL%/Project_WBS.jpg][draft WBS chart]] based on EC input (12/19/07).   

*WBS 4.1.2 Cost Estimation:*
   * The [[%ATTACHURL%/NGAO_proposal_point_design_v2.xls][spreadsheet]] developed to produce a budget estimate for Chapter 6 of the NGAO proposal.  See the "Budget" tab for the summary budget.  This estimate was based on costs for each of the major subsystems developed in the tabs labelled "AO System", "Non-RT Control", "Laser System" and "Operations Tools".   
   * The [[%ATTACHURL%/NGAO_CostEstimate.xls][cost estimate]] from the system architecture phase and accompanying [[%ATTACHURL%/Notes_on_costing_rev1.doc][notes]] (9/6/07).
