Show Field IDs on a plot of the night sky

Given a list of ZTF Field IDs, show a sky plot with the fields marked either as green circles, or with the CCD pattern shown. Sky plot shows Declination vs. UT in hours where the field crosses the meridian. The 12 degree twilight times are shown as well as the Galactic plane and the position of the Moon. The local sidereal time is shown at the top of the plot.
