Difference: TeleConf09062016 (1 vs. 2)

• Need to choose fields
• Preferably SDSS
• Galactic plane may have too many bright stars
• want uncrowded patches with as many 14.5 - 16.5 mag stars
• Palomar ready to start as soon as we have a target
• Won't need much time, so could do it in dark time
• Globular clusters? Maybe.

I-band:

• Uli look at what I-band is best to distinguish Ia's from Ic's
• Should we use iPTF filter? PanSTARRS?
• Ariel will ask for specs of current I-Band, so we can play around.

lightcurve simulation:

• astrobject now available on pip
• want to be able to advertise these tools and most importantly the I-band to others
• Uli will look into TDE lc's until next telecon
