Current publication status, outlook and proposals

The SWG would benefit from completing and publishing results both at short and longer time-scale. This task keeps track of currently ongoing (assigned) projects and their target completion date, and potential new ones. Projects that can not be completed within a motivated time-scale are probably better do de-prioritize.

This includes regularly updating (wiki) pages, and the steps presenting submission. With the huge data-flow, there will be more potential publications than we can ever complete.

This task also includes coordinating proposal writing and keeping track of workshops/conferences that might be of interest. Finally, we should keep some general project outlook: how does the plans for next year look currently, how many transients when and how is this matched to follow-up resources?
