2/19/2018 Dennis, Gerbs, QZ, Mike, Rex ZTF general: formal survey mode has started, now ~daily changes of filter as robot not yet operational. i’ filter has arrived. Pasadena meeting: try to focus on methods to engage people on other team. QZ looks for input on Solar System Marshall. MSK: comet outburst detection.

Projects: Rex: trying new machine learning techniques to analyze asteroid light curves. QZ: joined Machine learning telecoms, optimized filter to identify potential streaks. 2 new NEOs, 1 PHA - submit to newsletter Gerbs: will share 1-sentence summary of Echeclus results for news letter MSK: update Z-checker, now identified 18,000 cut outs that may have comets. DB: need to determine how many of those are true comet detection. Need to compare ZMODE output with our ‘manual’ search to test for completeness

Next telecon on Mar 5. QZ and/or Rex will chair.
