MASTER OTJ033744.97+723159.0 discovery near NGC1343.

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 37m 44.97s +72d 31m 59.0s on 2017-08-27.01649 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 18.2m).

The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image without OT on 2012-12-17.70730 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
