   * Created new database XML with both hardstops (from theoretical 375 offset.
   * Created Targets for testing new dual hardstop capability.
   * Started MSIM test - MSIM Issue with Sequence in XML
   * Fixed XML 
   * Started MSIM test - MSIM issue with findCentroids - Hrand to investigate tomorrow
   * Tested Camera for video recording 
   * IP issue - Hrand will makes IPs fix.
   * Videos show flickering - Hrand will try different compression.
