---++ Debugging findCentroids
   * First problem with MSIM stalling out on findCentroids is due to a DLL problem. Workaround: run MSIM from MS Visual Studio
   * findCentroids has to have a centroid for every positioner that is initialized. 
   * WORKAROUND to run MSIM currently: Launch Visual Studio, ->File -> Recent Projects -> msim.sln -> hit run.
