FCS Test Data

* Shortkey FCS Commands from the mosdev> prompt

Command	Description
run_mfcs	runs the FCS server.
fcs_online	puts the FCS controller into online mode. Or use the modify -s mfcs online=1.
fcspos	shows the positions in microns of the three actuators.
fcsvolt	show the voltages of the three actuators.
f1 xx.xx	move actuator 1 to xx.xx microns.
f2 xx.xx	move actuator 2 to xx.xx microns.
f3 xx.xx	move actuator 3 to xx.xx microns.
stop_mfcs	shutdown the FCS server.
