  • Astrometry of astronomical images - a robust code for astrometry with a very low failure rate <1/25,000 (all over the sky, including low galactic lat). Typical precision for ZTF (25 mas) and PTF (15 mas) - matlab. Author: Eran Ofek. Status: beta available

  • Optimal image subtraction for moving sources (traslients) - matlab and python. Author: Eran Ofek. Status: Not available yet.
  • Source extraction and PSF photometry (with correct thresholding; i.e., correcting a sextractor bug; + improve sky subtraction). matlab. Author: Eran Ofek. Status: beta version available.
  • Full image reduction (all steps+masking+artifacts identification). matlab only. Author: Eran Ofek. Status: beta version.

Force Photometry

  • ztflc. A very simple tool based on ztfquery. It downloads difference images and assocaited PSF cutouts to run force photometry (fit the amplitude basically) (https://github.com/MickaelRigault/ztflc). Target coordinates could be manually set or, by default comes from the marshal. Author: Mickael Rigault.

Photometric redshift estimation

  • Trained neural network/BDT (ANNZ2) to estimate photometric redshifts of galaxies based on the panstarrs catalogue Author: Ludwig Rauch
