Builders list

When a paper is submitted to the Publication Board for review, the lead author should also solicit from the leads of each of the listed subsystems (BuildersListLeads) the names to include. Builders must opt in and in doing so, it is understood that they will read the relevant parts of the paper. Not responding beyond a cutoff date will be taken to mean that the builder in question is not interested in being an author.
