Builder's List Leads

ZTF serves the needs of at least three major communities: transients, variables, and solar system. Not all communities use all the tools or sub-systems and the Builder's List is intended to reflect this situation.

For each subsystem or task or utility, an allocation is specified below, together with a lead for that allocation. It is up to the lead(s) to make actual name assignments for authorship on a paper upon request from the lead author of the paper (normally done when the paper is submitted to the Publication Board for review).
