Antonin,

I have received your request for the amendment to your LOD....please be reminded that we request at least 30 days prior to event for letters and amendments.  We cannot guarantee that this ammendment will take place prior to your December events, but we will do our best.  We will need to go back to the affected facilities for coordination and input (if any).

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Thank you.

Antonin Bouchez 11/17/2008 12:19 PM To Rebecca Shelby/ANM/FAA@FAA cc Subject Request for amendment to Palomar Observatory LOD

Ms. Shelby,

We have recently been assigned 2 additional laser projection nights at Palomar Observatory, and would like to request an amendment to our letter of Non-Objection.  The new nights are December 11 and 12.  I've included below those two, along with the nights in January which were included in our most recent LOD (dated August 28, 2008).

Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Antonin Bouchez
