Thu 6/12 - Roberts and Burruss working in AO lab. - Velur working on laser in Coude - John Henning's help with laser electronics is greatly appreciated! Fri 6/13 - Velur working on laser in Coude - Angione arrives early to work in AO lab. - Bouchez arrives ~2pm with LLT. - Require assistance from a fork-lift driver to unload LLT. - LLT primary needs CO2 cleaning.  This could be done anytime Fri-Sun which Bruce is available. - 4-8pm: Angione & Bouchez test BTO using diode laser. - All personnel in dome will require goggles (eg. Triplespec engineers) - Require a telescope operator for ~2 hr (Hickey?) - Roberts and Burruss will de-cable AO system. Sat 6/14 - Velur working on laser in Coude - AO system installation in morning by mountain crew - Needs to be transferred from AO spit to cart. - Dekany arrives with LLT secondary early afternoon. - Roberts, Bouchez, Cromer, Dekany, Roberts, Velur support nighttime operations. - Bouchez & Dekany install & test new LLT secondary in AO lab. - BTO tests with CSFL (Bouchez, Cromer, Velur) - NGS engineering (Bouchez, Dekany, Roberts) - Operate aircraft cameras & radar (Cromer & Kajsa) Sun 6/15 - LLT installation by mountain crew - BTO tests with CSFL (after 4pm) - Roberts, Bouchez, Cromer, Dekany, Roberts, Velur support nighttime operations. - LGS engineering (Bouchez, Dekany, Roberts, Velur) - Operate all safety systems, including spotters (Cromer & Kajsa) Mon 6/16 - Fri 6/20 - Support LGS-AO science - Bouchez & Kajsa are primary support team. - Additional AO and laser support as needed (Burruss, Cromer, Dekany, Velur) Antonin ---------------------------------------- Dr. Antonin Bouchez Palomar Adaptive Optics Lead Caltech Optical Observatories (626) 395-8915
