• A path forward for the Science Team in developing the IRMS Operational Concepts Definition Document (OCDD)
• Identify areas of potential technical challenge and begin early thinking of the science impact of possible solutions
• Science team contributions to the IRMS management plan deliverable
• Science team contributions to our monthly reports
• The structure and use of the IRMS TWiki

• SoW status - approved but not yet signed. Rich will follow-up, including change of start date to reflect reality.
• We reviewed the deliverables from the SoW
  • Note: the OCDD is a document from the Science Team and is expected, though not listed as a formal deliverable in the SoW
• Bahram working on Science Document - goal is distribution within 2 months
• Technical issues surround optical design - change of optical prescription of collimator (and camera), quality of spectrograph mode vs. imaging mode
  • Nick to follow closely, then exceed, Pazder memorandum on NFIRAOS+IRMS.
• Meeting cadence: We agreed to start with weekly team meetings. Rich will announce.
