Testing Camera

• Ran tests 16_07_29_08_31_54_TargetRun using camera with compression.
• Added code to show iteration and target number.
• Figured out that compression doesn't allow to see small motions.
• Hrand changed code to save videos without compression and 10 frames before movement.
• Restarted Test with uncompressed video.
• Updated Motor Maps.
