Swapped Driver Boards on 2/24/2015
- Charlie and Peter installed Driver Board (SN 02) onto the module.
- Re-connected all flex print cables from Cobras to the driver board
- Installed into the same connectors they were before (we skipped the same sets so as to not screw up MSIM)
Fixing Electrical Issues on Test Bed
- Corrections made:
- Grounded Negative side (-) of Cobra power supply output to AC ground
- Grounded test fixture to AC ground
- Added ground wire from Master Electronics to Driver Board as a stand alone cable (the ground pins of the Comm connector were not included in the cable)
Checking out motor motion
- Housekeeping and Set Frequency work fine
- Cal does not appear to be working, but data is provided back somehow
- Running all Cobras through range of motion:
- SN 152 - Stage 2 does not engage the hard stop and does not move reliably. This Cobra should no longer be counted on for data.
- SN 149 - Stage 2 does not engage hard stop. This Cobra should not be counted on for data.
- SN 109 - Stage 2 does not move. It looks like it is contacting the Stage 2 housing, which might cause too much drag.
- SN 121 Stage 1 moves very slowly.
- SN 101 Stage 2 does not move. Potentially an issue with the electrical connection.
- ALL SET B COBRAS HAVE BEEN SET BY HAND TO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE SET A RANGE OF MOTION
