Ran the fiducialStudy script on the centroid_log from yesterday D:\PfsTests\02_03_15_14_04_00 This generated a new XML for use in metrology scripts (D:\PfsTests\02_03_15_14_04_00\Log\2015_0204_EM_AllMergedRefpos.xml)
