2015_01_29 < Subaru/PFS

Connect to camera using Remote_CameraSetup_NoCooling.lst
Take test images using 2015_01_29_SingleExposure.lst
- Found .002s exposure was good for LED settings we inherited from old setup. Did not touch the LED settings
Pulled out rough positions of fiducials from test image

ImageJ	1629 + 198i	1239 + 571i	851 + 941i	463 + 1313i	74 + 1685i
MSIM	1629 + 1850i	1239 + 1477i	851 + 1107i	463 + 735i	74 + 363i

Ran dark and bias image script 2015_01_29_DarkBias.lst with .002s exposure for darks
Input new centroids to fiducial measurement script and ran it. 2014_01_29_FiducialMeasurements.lst
- Made it to 93 images and then MSIM hung on one of the image commands.
The centroid log contains multiple Fid coordinates on each line which is not how it used to be formatted. The entries are inconsistent with one another on each line with some of them often being whole numbers. Log is attached here and also saved here: D:\PfsTests\01_29_15_15_46_37_FiducialStudy\Log
- I've attached the bad log and also a good log from previous tests.
