Update on plate scale

• X-Y seems to provide less distortion than hexagonal coordinates.
• The plate scale was tested by Don with stellar cluster observations and it seems that indeed is larger than it should, spreading more light. Rigorous tests are needed.

Nick would need a priority ordered list with the most critical items. Possible dates March - April for the visit.
