SEDM related actions from ZTF meeting

• Need to come up with a strategy to track the time allocated to each program and to downgrade the priority (?) from groups that have spent most of their time already.
• What is the best time to re-coat the secondary? Now that ZTF may be on a hold, it could be scheduled in early May?
• There are 14 nights pending to be returned to the university in Taiwan, and the contract finishes in July. Can these be given back in May or we can wait to June?
• Redoing the tracking for non-siderial objects with P60 (Quan Zhi can help with that).
• Cost- benefit analysis for SEDM improvements for next week (26th April).
