Meeting notes
Engingeering run
An initial test that used 1h tracking data on the same object, the shifts were as large as 15 arcsec.
Tightening of the secondary were performed and also the tracking model was redone with the simple camera. The results of the second night show a better deviation.
Unfortunately it was cloudy, so no longer tests could be done.
Offsetting the telescope does not seem to be an issue, as the error in small offsets were less than 1 arcsec.
It seems that X-ing the telescope at the beginning of the night will help to account for possible displacements on the secondary and then the tracking would be consistent though the night.
