Focus

On an ipython console at NEMEA, write:

> import SpecFocus
> res = SpecFocus.focus_loop(stage_control, du_control, focus_pos = np.arange(3.0, 3.5, 0.05))
> SpecFocus.analyze(res)

Select the value with the maximum value in the figure for the focus.

Take exposure of 15s.
