Reviewed minutes from Monday's videocon.
Discussed required system documentation. Templates are available on the twiki. From initial WBS this process should require 22 weeks of FTE effort.
- Schedule - Christoph to mesh out hardware/project schedule with the software schedule.
- EBS - Christoph to transfer the error budget from the ATI proposal and put it into the EBS. Allow for additional science program dependent error budgets.
- Functional Requirements Budget - (Replaces IRD) - Christoph to start working on this with Reed and IUCAA staff over the next 2 weeks. A working draft due August 14th.
- Software Requirements Document - On hold until completion of SAD.
- ICD - How to interface CAMERA with the P60. Talk to Jeff Zolkower about what this will entail.
- IAD - CB to upload ATI proposal/SPIE paper.
- Software Architecture Document - Reed to writeup SAD. A working draft due week of August 10th so it can be initially be reviewed by project members before the 14th.
- Science Requirements Document - Nick has posted version 0.2. Is receiving feedback from Caltech astronomers (primarily Mansi and Eran who may unfortunately not be here at the completion of the project.) We will need to rebuild the science team in 6 - 12 months.
- Sub-systems requirements as appropriate.
No videocon next week.
Collaborators Ram, Mahesh and Pravin will be arriving at Caltech on the 4th. Ram will only be here for the day. Marcia is arranging for space for Mahesh and Pravin. We will be working primarily on the FRD (and other sub-systems requirements), with various round-table discussions throughout the two weeks. Reed will be getting input on both the IRCam interface and identifying resources that can be utilized in the software development.
CB to send observing lists to space command. One for the M-dwarf survey and another for PTF followup.
CB still negotiating on Pomona's MRI-R^2 proposal.
