---++ MOSAIC camera Surface Profile Measurements ---+++ CCD Array Flatness ---+++ Relative positions of surfaces Summary of measurements: | *surface* | *Z [mm]* | *Sigma [mm]* | *Delta* [mm] | | Dewar | 0.000 | 0.038 | | | Window Front | -1.667 | 0.032 | 1.667 | | Window Back | -14.358 | 0.027 | 12.691 | | Detector | -24.292 | 0.025 | 9.934 | Z is displacement relative to a plane fit to the dewar surface. Window back and Detector have been corrected for refraction. Sigma is the standard deviation of the mean. Delta is the difference between a surface and the previous surface. -- Main.DavidHale - 27 May 2008 Read the [[%ATTACHURL%/mosaic_relative_positions.pdf][complete report on relative positions]] for more details. -- Main.DavidHale - 27 May 2008
