I start with more questions than answers for our planning. Here is [[%ATTACHURL%/plan_my_work.ppt][a ppt file]] presenting my way to look at the process with many questions..

 Certainly, the main activities for the Science Operations will be:
   * Develop the Observing Scenarios. This is a task under WBS 3.1.2 (Science Observing Planning and Execution). The Observing scenarios and the Use Cases are captured in the Operations Concept Document (which is a deliverable of WBS 3.2 (Requirements).

   * Develop the Operations Sequences Architecture (WBS 3.4.4) which are likely to be derived from the Use Cases in the OCD. I am not sure yet whether the Operations Sequences Architecture will be included in the OCD.
   * Develop the design for the Multi-system Command Sequencer (WBS 6.1) and User Interfaces (WBS 6.2), etc
