Version 3
Expanded the second relay field to 40 arcseconds, first relay still 120 arcseconds. Also cleaned up some cooridinate breaks and folds.

Added acquisition camera pickoff for LOWFS and interferometer feed dichroic beamsplitter. Added FSM to NGS WFS feed.

Version 5
2nd relay NGS WFS field expanded to accomodate 40'x60' rectangular patrol field, centered on-axis. This required: 2nd relay OAPs increased in size by 30%, switchyard mirror moved back toward OAP4, incident angle of switchyard mirror increased to 20 degrees.
