Measured Lens Manufacturing Tolerances wrt Cell Datum Surfaces

All measurements were taken with a CMM (S/N: TBD). See excel worksheet for individual measurements.

  • Units = inches, degrees
  • Coordinate System = As defined by cell datum surfaces in assembly drawing
  • ROC = Radius of Curvature
  • Alpha = Rotation about the X axis (i.e. angle in the ZY plane)
  • Beta = Rotation about the Y axis (i.e. angle in the ZX plane)
  • S1 = Lens Surface 1
  • S2 = Lens Surface 2
