Phantom test of TomographySphericalWave.pro

The "phantom" is a circular shape of 1 micron of phase aberation at 6 km altitude. There are 5 layers (0, 3,6,9,12 km). Tomography was performed using 5 laser (90 km) guidestars in a dice pattern of radius 30 arcsec. The tomography algorithm was told that turbulence was equally distributed among the layers (uniform Cn2 profile)

Phantom test of TomographySphericalWave.pro

2nd Phantom test of TomographySphericalWave.pro

The "phantom" is a Gaussian shape of 1 micron of phase aberation at 6 km altitude. The Gaussian shape will make it easier for Hartmann sensors to measure the wavefront since there are no abrupt steps in phase as in the case of a circular disk aberation like the 1st phantom. There are 5 layers (0, 3,6,9,12 km). Tomography was performed using 5 laser (90 km) guidestars in a dice pattern of radius 30 arcsec. The tomography algorithm was told that turbulence was equally distributed among the layers (uniform Cn2 profile)
